Dr. Larry Silberg
The major force behind the Veterinary Housecall Service of Rochester between 1998 and 2006, Dr. Larry Silberg took over as the head veterinarian at Palmyra Animal Hospital in 2007.
An alumnus of Brooklyn College, Dr. Silberg attended the University of Perugia, Perugia, Italy, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was awarded his DVM Degree in 1982.
After returning to the United States, Dr. Silberg established his own mixed animal veterinary practice. Along with dogs and cats, he also cared for farm animals and horses.
Dr. Silberg is active in numerous local and national veterinary organizations. Some of these organizations include the New York State Veterinary Medical Society, the Feline Health Center - Cornell, American Veterinary Medical Association and the Genesee Valley Veterinary Medical Association.
